I bought an A3010 on 2000-02-06 as a cheap (£50) ARM evaluation platform. Included a CGA-resolution monitor.

CPU: officially meant to be the ARM250 manufactured by VLSI Logic. Early issues (like the one I have) had a daughterboard with the ARM2 chip set (ARM2, IOC, MEMC and VIDC combined to give the equivalent of an ARM250). It is not the more recent ARM710. I expect the instruction sets are reasonably similar.
Clocked at 8MHz for about 7.2 MIPs.

RAM: 2MByte RAM

Video: The CGA screen is rather poor.
VGA: Modes 25,26,27,28.
